These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the investment services offered by Us (NexxoVault). By opening an account and/or using our services, you Agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not open or use an account with NexxoVault.

Definitions

• "Account” means your NexxoVault client portal and any wallets or sub-accounts held or controlled by us on your behalf.
• "Currency” means any digital asset, token, or coin (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) supported by NexxoVault
• "Investment Services” means our portfolio management, Funds investment, and related services.
• “Platform” means our website, mobile apps, dashboards, and APIs through which we offer services.

⁠Eligibility & Account Opening

Age & Jurisdiction. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that trading or holding crypto assets is lawful where you reside.

Multiple Wallets & Accounts. Your Crypto holdings may be held across multiple third-party wallets, and protocols. We reserve the right to move assets between custodians or accounts to execute strategies, provide security, and optimize yields.

⁠Risk Disclosure

Volatility & Loss. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and illiquid. Prices can fluctuate widely. But you should not be bothered about that. At Nexxovault, we protects our clients against the Fluctuations.

Regulatory Risk. Crypto regulations are evolving. Changes may adversely affect your ability to access or convert assets.

⁠Security & Access

Client Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Unauthorized Access. Immediately notify us of any suspected Account compromise. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

Privacy. Nexxovault is Decentralized Platform, which means That Personal information, Financial Data and Transaction Data of Our Investors are Encrypted end to end between us and our clients (investors) and will not be shared with Any 3rd party Platform or Organization. NOTE: Some of our services might be Temporarily or Permanently Suspended if Any Rule or Regulatory body in your area (Country, State or city) infringe Our privacy or that of Our Investors..

⁠Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform belong to NexxoVault or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior consent.

Termination

• By You. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Us.
• By Us. We may suspend or terminate your Account for cause (e.g., fraud, legal/enforcement order, breach).
• Effect of Termination. Outstanding fees, obligations, and indemnities survive termination.

Amendments

We may amend these Terms with prior notice via email or Platform announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
